Company Reports Fourth Quarter Earnings and Full-Year Results

TORONTO - Sears Canada Inc. announced its unaudited fourth quarter and full-year results. Total revenues for the 13-week period ended January 30, 2010 were $1.525 billion versus $1.616 billion for the comparable 13-week period ended January 31, 2009, a decrease of 5.6%. Same store sales decreased 1.7%.

More than two thirds of Canadians targeting positions over $100k feel that they do not have strong connections and that they are not recognized in their industry; over 80 percent do not know how to approach the market.

TORONTO - The results of Graham Management Group's groundbreaking national survey into the career activities of Canadians in the $100k plus salary range are in. 69.4 percent of the individuals surveyed are concerned by their lack of exposure and business relationships. 82.6 percent of the respondents do not have a clear understanding of how to penetrate the market and execute a six-figure search.
