Young Canadians gain rare insights from Canada’s most respected entrepreneurs – Youth in Motion presents, “Entrepreneurship Has It All!”

TORONTO - National charitable organization Youth in Motion, innovator of the Top 20 Under 20 Award program and career learning days for students is raising awareness among young people, who represent Canada’s future entrepreneurial talent.

“Entrepreneurship Has It All!” offers a unique opportunity for youth from across the GTA to interact with and learn from successful entrepreneurs, who will provide first-hand knowledge and real-life stories to youth - the next wave of entrepreneurs to grow, own and operate their own businesses. "This is a great opportunity for me to engage with the entrepreneurs of tomorrow," said Anthony Lacavera, Chairman of Globalive Holdings and WIND Mobile, and Globe and Mail’s 2010 CEO of the Year. "I look forward to sharing my experiences with them and showing them that even one person can make a significant impact on the world."

With a successful history of over 100 youth and career-focused events in the past 12 years, Youth-in-Motion is proud to promote its third Career Learning Day on Entrepreneurship. This exciting event will allow young Canadians to engage and gain direct insight into the entrepreneurial successes of some of Canada’s most respected self-starters in business.

Promising to inspire, motivate, and inform, this event will expose youth to a range of entrepreneurial activities, thereby allowing deeper understanding of this career path and illuminating the variety of sectors and roles which entrepreneurship allows.

Delivered in an interactive, high energy talk show format, with workshops and presentations by keynote speakers, this unique day will showcase more than 30 influential and compelling career role models.

Over 250 students from across the GTA will grasp their own potential as the 30 career role models inform the audience of their secrets of success and share their lessons learned. Key takeaways include: exclusive access to career resources and the personal experiences shared that will help future young entrepreneurs envision the diverse career options available to them.
