Banking On-the-Go: Libro Financial Group Introduces Mobile Banking Service

London, ON — Libro Financial Group is pleased to announce the introduction of convenient mobile banking access. Libro’s 54,000 customer-owners may now use their smartphones to manage their everyday banking needs from anywhere, at any time.

Mobile banking complements Libro’s existing service channels. With 15 branches across southwestern Ontario, a contact centre, and online banking, mobile banking is another convenient option for Libro owners. As with all of Libro’s service channels, mobile banking is safe and secure. It uses security and encryption protocols which offer the same high level of protection as traditional online banking.

Libro has taken a unique approach to mobile banking by offering one universal access point rather than developing device-specific banking applications. With Libro’s mobile banking solution, there is no downloading process, no installation required, and no need to download updates as more features are added.

“We’ve built one flexible, functional point of access. It’s the most efficient way for the greatest number of our owners to take advantage of mobile banking convenience,” says Tania Goodine, Vice President Brand. “By maintaining and developing one site, rather than multiple applications, we can focus our resources and effort on adding even more features.”

With mobile banking, Libro owners can:

* View account balances and transaction histories.
* Transfer funds between accounts.
* Pay bills.
* Exchange information with Libro through secure messaging.

Libro’s mobile banking may be accessed by visiting libro.ca on any smartphone.
