Tough As Nails

Bellville contractor drives away from Belleville Home Building Centre in new Toyota Tundra

Belleville St. Jacobs – Contractor Matthew Taylor received more than just a hot dog at the Belleville Home Building Centre contractor barbecue this week after winning the Home Hardware Building Centre’s Tough As Nails Toyota Tundra Giveaway.

Matthew’s name was drawn from more than 5,000 professional contractors who entered while attending Home Hardware Building Centre’s Tough As Nails Contractor Tradeshows, which took place earlier this year and featured 75 hardware and building material vendors at each of 6 shows across Canada.

“Our contractor customers are an important part of our business, and the Tough as Nails Toyota Tundra Giveaway is our way of saying thank you for their patronage,” said Mike Skilton, Dealer-Owner, Belleville Home Building Centre. “I would especially like to thank Toyota for giving us this opportunity to give away the truck that’s as tough as nails to our winner, Matthew Taylor.”

Toyota Canada Inc. and Home Hardware Stores Limited have a multi-year business relationship, with Toyota as the official vehicle of Home Hardware and Home Hardware as the official home improvement retailer of Toyota. The companies are both known for their quality, value, and customer service, which makes it a natural partnership.

“Contractors are valued customers and we are always striving to support their businesses by not only offering a wide range of building materials and home improvement products at competitive prices, but also by building long-term relationships,” said Paul Straus, President and CEO, Home Hardware Stores Limited. “On behalf of Home Hardware Dealers at more than 1,080 stores across Canada, I would like to congratulate Matthew on winning the Tough as Nails Toyota Tundra Giveaway.”
