Kitchener Council approves temporary changes to parking regulations

Council approved two pilot projects that would see changes to how residents can park on -- and off – streets in Kitchener

Kitchener – From May 1 – Nov. 30, 2013 by-law enforcement staff will not impose the three-hour parking limit on city streets between the hours of 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. This would in essence, allow residents to park on the street overnight during the above timeframe as a pilot project while staff investigates options for a formal parking exemption process that would include online reporting.
