Waterloo - On June 1, 2013 The Whip will be stepping into the ring at the Hershey Centre to take on 26 year old Brandon Cook for the NCC Canadian Super Welterweight title.

The WHIP who returned to the ring after, 7 1/2 year retirement defeated 30 year old champion last Sept. The Whip then went on to fight for and win The National Boxing Authoriity championship against a 28 year old in Moncton, NB. On March 2, 2013 Fitz The Whip became the oldest Canadian champion in history proceeding Canadian Legend, Hall of Famer and boxing Icon George Chuvlo.

Fitz Vanderpoole is the program Director at The Whip Boxing and Fitness studio. Where he mentors students and redirects kids off the street.His studio teach's boxing, fitness and personal development. The Whip boxing has been operating for over a decade.
