Kitchener-Waterloo Native Nominated for Marketing Magazine's Top 30 Under 30 Award

Toronto– Kitchener/Waterloo native Chrissy Newton and founder of VOCAB Communication s has been nominated for Marketing’s Top 30 Under 30. Chrissy Newton, 29, has been chosen by various men and women across Canada for a potential spot in Marketing (Magazine’s) Top 30 Under 30 awards ceremony on Wednesday, August 28 at the Steam Whistle Brewing – The Round House from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. in Toronto.

Marketing Magazine each year searches for creative minds, entrepreneurs, and strategists within Canada that help build brands, generate buzz that will lead the Canadian industry into the future. Marketing’s Top 30 Under 30 was launched in 2012 to recognize Canadian marketers, advertising, media and PR professionals and their contributions to developing larger brands within Canada or a global marketplace.

This will be the second time Chrissy Newton has been nominated for a Canadian industry award . In 2011 she won "The Best Personal Brand" honour at the Notable Awards.
