Free Parking and Carriage Rides in Downtown Kitchener?

KITCHENER – Starting November 22nd running until December 20th the Businesses of Downtown Kitchener will be offering FREE carriage rides every Friday running from 5:30pm – 9:30pm throughout the core. This is the perfect chance to explore your downtown, see the lights, grab a hot drink, cross some holiday shopping off your list, and cuddle up with a loved one. In efforts to support the local community we will be accepting non-perishable food items on behalf of the Waterloo Region Food Bank.

Carriage Pick up and Drop off Locations:

· Coffee Time – 255 King Street West
· Coffee Culture - 1 King Street West
· The Yeti – 14 Eby Street North
· The Boathouse – Victoria Park

Every Saturday during the month of November and December the Downtown Kitchener BIA and City of Kitchener, is offering free parking in any of the City owned garages to make shopping downtown during the holiday season that much easier. Simply visit one of your favorite participating downtown retail locations any Saturday during the month of November or December and receive a FREE parking voucher good for that day!

· Civic District
