The Georgian Bay Symphony presents Praise Lam on Violin. This program introduces China by means of the Butterfly Lover's Concerto made famous by Vanessa Mae, played by our new Principal Second Violin, Praise Lam. It has premieres of music by Ron Hannah, a Canadian Composer who has spent a number of years in China; Kevin Lau, a brilliant young Canadian-Chinese composer and our own Composer-in-Residence, Richard Mascall with his arrangements of Puccini's Turandot.
