Women in Nuclear Canada Names Colleen Sidford President
TORONTO - Women in Nuclear Canada is pleased to announce and introduce our new President, Colleen Sidford.
As Vice President, Treasurer at Ontario Power Generation (OPG), Colleen has been a champion for women's advancement both within OPG and in the community. She was awarded the Catalyst 2010 Business Leader Champion Award, for her efforts in providing opportunities to women to develop, advance and become diversity champions.
Prior to OPG, Colleen owned a private consulting business and held financial positions with The Molson Companies Limited, Bank of America and the Bank of Nova Scotia.
In her new position, Colleen will also represent Canada on the WiN-Global board.
With over 30 years of international bank, treasury, and cash management experience, developed through positions held with banks and multinational corporations in both North America and Europe, Colleen is well positioned to lead WiN-Canada through its next phase of development.
