Paul Coleman Promoted to Executive Vice President, XN Financial

MONTREAL - Dan Anber, President and Chief Executive Officer of XN Financial, a leading provider of insurance and financial products headquartered Boca Raton Florida announced the promotion of Paul Coleman to Executive Vice President.

In his new role as Executive Vice President of XN Financial, he will continue to lead the organization's development, project management and strategic planning functions as well as have an increased leadership role in all major initiatives and decisions for the XN Group of Companies.

Mr. Coleman joined XN Financial in 2002 as Vice President, Strategic Planning and Development. Promoted to the position of Senior Vice President in 2007, Paul provided strategic and tactical guidance and direction for the organization that included oversight and development of the Canadian, European and UK markets. He will continue to be based in Montreal and report to the CEO.

Mr. Coleman received a B.A. from McGill University. Paul is a regular participant and speaker at professional and educational conferences sits on the board of directors of the Canadian Employee Relocation Council and holds a board executive position with the Geneva-based TIRA (The International Relocation Associates).
